engaging asana/postures; exploring vinyasa/movement with breath; uncovering the stillness within. we practice to shake things loose, get a little stronger, stretch out, and settle in. we make space- for body/mind/breath, and whatever else happens along the way!

slow. restorative. calming. relaxing. a practice that invites our minds and bodies to engage with rest as a means to cultivate peace and bring ourselves into balance within. short unwinding flow of postures/supported postures/long holds, deep breaths/guided pranayama (conscious breathing techniques), and your choice of savasana or meditation to end class with!

a little bit of flow, a little bit of rest! 30mins of mindful movement to get the blood pumping, followed by 30mins of restorative practice to invite softness and release. just enough pump up, to really wind down!
