engaging asana/postures; exploring vinyasa/movement with breath; uncovering the stillness within. we practice to shake things loose, get a little stronger, stretch out, and settle in. we make space- for body/mind/breath, and whatever else happens along the way!

slow. restorative. calming. relaxing.  a practice that invites our minds and bodies to engage with rest as a means to cultivate peace and bring ourselves into balance within. short unwinding flow of postures/supported postures/long holds, deep breaths/guided pranayama (conscious breathing techniques), and your choice of savasana or meditation to end class with!
